Batches (GrowthKit)
Batches are learning groups within a program configuration: each batch has its own schedule, optional survey settings, and (once persisted) participant management. Team Learning and Team Sales use GrowthKit to create drafts, edit batch attributes and session dates, and publish batches when the underlying program configuration is confirmed.
Who this is for
- Team Learning — primary operators: publish/unpublish, manage participants, request coach dates, edit most batch fields until publish.
- Team Sales — can save drafts and work on configurations; some actions are Team Learning only (see Create/Edit Batch).
All copy in this internal section is English for a multicultural team.
Where batches live in the product
-
Batches belong to a program configuration (GrowthKit configuration workflow).
-
The batch editor is opened from the configuration context, typically at:
/growthkit/configurations/:configurationId/batches/:batchIdwhere
batchIdmay represent a new unsaved batch until a draft is created.
