The system automatically matches coaches to learners:

  4. Select primary match - Best match identified

Phase 2: Review Match​

Learner reviews the match results:

  1. Receive notification - Match ready notification
  2. View match results - Navigate to matching page
  3. Review coach profile - Detailed coach information

Phase 3: Decision​

Learner makes a decision:

  1. Evaluate match - Consider compatibility
  2. Accept match OR Request different - Decision point
  3. View alternatives (if requested) - See other options
  4. Select alternative (if applicable) - Choose from pool

Phase 4: Confirmation​

Coach assignment is confirmed:

  1. Coach assigned - System confirms assignment
  2. Session booking enabled - Ready to book sessions

Matching Algorithm​

The coach matching algorithm considers multiple factors:
