Phase Breakdown​

Phase 1: Invitation​

The journey begins when HR sends an invitation through the platform:

  1. System generates unique registration link with token
  2. Email sent with program details and link
  3. Learner clicks link and is redirected to registration

Phase 2: Registration​

Account creation via Auth0:

  1. Auth0 handles authentication (email/password creation)
  2. Backend creates user record in Strapi
  3. User is linked to program and batch

Phase 3: Profile Setup​

Completing profile and surveys:

  1. View welcome content (program description)
  2. Complete pre-assessment (baseline ratings)
  3. Fill Typeform survey (coach matching preferences)
  4. System marks onboarding complete

Phase 4: Ready​

Access the platform:

  1. Redirect to dashboard
  2. View personalized content based on program
